Girls Program Director

Roles & Responsibilities

•Oversee U12-U14 age groups.

•Create session plans based on curriculum.

•Sessions will be evaluated and sent to coaches to deliver that week.

•Sessions will be sent to parents with a synopsis of what teams are working on.

•Evaluate players for internal movement and identify players for showcase teams (U12 and U14).

•Attend a game for each team within the age group.

•Point of contact for guest players.

•Identify players who need guest playing opportunities (+/-)

•Age group meetings for U12, U13 & U14.

•Be involved in individual team meetings.

•Other responsibilities where needed.

Qualifications

• C License or National Diploma (or equivalent)

Position: Staff Coach
Location: Glenview/Northbrook
Responsibilities: Coaching boys and girls U7 through U19 in full season programming. Team assignments depend on coach experience, licensing, and overall fit for the club.
Requirements: USSF GrassrootsE license to start, higher level licenses welcome. Must pass a standard criminal background check, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be a US Citizen or hold permanent resident status/valid visa to work in the US. Travel required for out-of-state tournaments depending on individual role within age groups.
Compensation: Competitive, based on coaching license and experience.
